Regenesys held a very successful Yoga Open Day on 30 March with a jam-packed programme on mindfulness, relaxation, healthy eating habits and much more. We approach human development holistically: intellectually, emotionally, physically and spiritually and we will offer similar events in the near future. As part of our commitment to provide holistic services to our students and staff, we offer weekly yoga classes as well as healthy cooking classes.
One of the participants had this to say about the Open Day:
“The Open Day was wonderfully interactive with participants all expressing how much yoga has helped their day to day living. They also shared how they have seen others change for the better through their experience with the classes. I enjoyed how the postures challenge my agility and pushed me to work my body in ways that I wouldn’t have thought possible.
I came specifically for the mindfulness and relaxation in Viktor is a master, because after a very demanding week, just a few minutes into the relaxation session with him, I had completely gone into deep relaxation.
I enjoyed the healthy eating food demonstrations that we were shown at the open day which helped me get ideas of how to eat better and healthier.
