JOB DESCRIPTION – GLOBAL VISA SPECIALIST
Regenesys seeks to employ a Global Visa and Immigration Specialist to oversee and run all immigration programs & Visa applications. The successful incumbent will assists Regenesys foreign nationals with immigration procedures. The Global Visa and Immigration Specialist must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful incumbent ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They should reviews immigration procedures and legal status of foreign employees.
- Additionally, the Global Visa and Immigration Specialist may be responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limits set by the government.
- Must ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Global Visa and Immigration Specialist must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, permanent residency, work permits, and any other documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Understands the VFS system.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant Qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Essential Experience 4-7 years’ experience in a Visa and Immigration environment
- Proven track-record
- Proven knowledge of South African, Indian, Nigerian, Croatian immigration laws and processes preferred
