Learning & Teaching Coordinator

The L&T Coordinator services the L&T department and reports directly to the Head of Learning & Teaching.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Head of L&T with administrative duties including, but not limited to meeting minutes, calendar management, and official communications.
  • Liaise with academic staff regarding classes, workshops, and schedules
  • Coordinate Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) tutors and mentors for student support
  • Liaise with the CRM department regarding student support (Personal Mastery & ACE)
  • Provide background support during L&T related live workshops or classes
  • Manage administrative duties for Personal Mastery, including the personalmastery@regenesys.net and ace@regenesys.net email profiles, schedules, student queries, and Learning Coach allocation.
  • Manage the production schedule for the ACE unit, and liaise with L&T Designer and Developer on new course rollouts
  • L&T administrative aspects of our Learner Management system (REGenius), enrolling students onto the course, monitoring communication on REGenius, posting announcements etc.
  • Manage the ACE website to ensure that it up to date.
  • Assist with the administrative duties for the ACE Access Programme, including schedules, student queries and admission support.
  • Regenesys Management System – pull all monthly reports that pertain to Learning & Teaching department.

Credentials, Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, especially among faculty and students
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-energy, resourceful and solution-focused attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere with multiple competing priorities and have the ability to work effectively and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms)
  • Creative problem-solving, can take initiative
  • Basic Articulate and/or H5P working knowledge would be advantageous
  • Basic understanding of Moodle would be advantageous
