Job Summary:
Digital Regenesys is seeking an accomplished Professional to be the facilator for our ESG ( Environment, Social, Governance ) Leadership Program – empowering senior leaders, managers, and professionals with the expertise to integrate ESG principles into business strategy and operations. This role requires a skilled educator and industry expert who can seamlessly connect theory with practice, equipping participants to implement sustainable and responsible practices that drive measurable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development & Continuous Improvement
- Enhance Program Content: Update and enrich the existing ESG curriculum by incorporating the latest frameworks, standards, and emerging trends, such as sustainable finance, regulatory changes, and AI applications.
- Focus on Practical Outcomes: Ensure the program remains hands-on and practical, with tools and methodologies that participants can apply directly to their professional roles.
- Align with Industry Relevance: Adapt the curriculum to reflect both global ESG best practices and industry-specific needs, maintaining its relevance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Interactive Teaching & Mentorship
- Deliver Engaging Instruction: Lead immersive sessions that incorporate research, case studies, and real-world applications, enabling professionals to master ESG reporting, sustainable resource management, and governance.
- Mentor and Guide Participants: Offer insights and guidance, empowering participants to tackle complex ESG challenges confidently and apply strategic ESG practices within their organizations.
- Strategic Program Advisory
- Guide Program Direction: Serve as an advisor for the program’s strategic development, ensuring alignment with Digital Regenesys’ mission to advance sustainable, responsible business practices.
- Drive Practical, Impact-Focused Outcomes: Design program content that enables participants to build resilient ESG practices, enhance accountability, and create a positive impact in their organizations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Academic & Professional Expertise: Ph.D. or equivalent in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field, with substantial experience in executive education.
- ESG and Sustainability Leadership: Proven background in ESG, with experience in corporate governance, risk management, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
- Research Excellence: Established portfolio of ESG research, with publications in reputable journals and contributions to recognized frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SDGs).
- Real-World Impact: Demonstrated experience in applying ESG practices within industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, or the public sector, achieving measurable results.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Global ESG Standards: Familiarity with international ESG regulations and standards, with experience applying these across varied industries.
- Experience in Industry-Specific ESG Initiatives: Practical experience in fields undergoing ESG transformation, with a record of measurable impact in areas like green finance, resource management, or sustainable supply chains.
