It is not just about getting new academic informationbut internalising the practical application, learning from colleagues in the business and working on value-adding projects that expose them to different areas within their disciplines.
  • Participants need to understand different leadership styles and approaches, and their contexts, along with the practical application thereof – particularly withing the sphere of international leadership
