The HCBM-Retail Management is an NQF level 5 (120 credits) qualification offfered over a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years.

The HCBM is an NQF level 5 (120 credits) one-year qualification, that develops generic management competencies and prepares students for employment in junior to middle management positions. It is offered over a minimum period of one year and a maximum of two years. Applicants will need a NQF level 4 qualification (eg Senior Certificate) or be least 23 years old and have two years’ work experience with basic computer skills.
