Fundamentals of Information And Communication Technology

General Information

Information and communications technology (ICT) involves the use of digital technology to access, store and communicate information. Technology promotes swift communication but we cannot escape written communication. Effective communication relies on the information being clear, comprehensive and convincing.

This course focuses on the technology and also the information side of ICT. Participants learn to apply the principles of analytical writing and research and develop presentation skills.
