This course will support emerging leaders to build new skills, build upon existing skills and sculpt their own leadership and management style to confidently lead. By the end of this course, emerging leaders would have explored various key general management principles, as well as developed a deeply personal and introspective understanding of the self and how better to relate to and manage teams. These skills will allow emerging leader to harness their personal power, to make decisions in the context of their environment, and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Building emerging leaders block-by-block
The shift from the fourth to the fifth industrial revolution has been accelerated by the Covid-19 global pandemic. This has amplified the need for leaders to up-skill to be able to lead teams differently.
This course will prepare emerging leaders to lead with confidence, learn new management and business skills, and follow a deeply personal and introspective journey of understanding the self, and to better relate to and lead teams.
The importance of harnessing your True North (your purpose and values) as a middle leader is relevant as the demands on you have become increasingly complex. You will learn how to lead purposefully as well as foster the key business skills to become a high-performance leader.
