The main purpose of the Head of Executive Education and Corporate Programmes is to lead and manage the Executive Education and Projects division including oversight of sales, corporate visits, tenders, proposal reviews as well as overall operational and academic delivery and ensure sustainability and programme profitability of Regenesys Business School corporate programmes. The role is a line management role with staff leadership and management as a core focus area.

Overall Responsibility

  • Sales , tender and proposal quality management
  • Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales and revenue to sales targets
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of executive education and project programmes,including client relationships, logistics, assessments, facilitators, tutors, markers, anddebtors
  • The attainment of the overall profitability of the programme
  • Managing bad debt
  • Main Relationships: Liaises internally with faculty, management and supportfunctions. Liaises externally with students, clients, quality assurance and regulatory bodies and alumni.Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Staff management (recruitment, management and development)
  • High level client correspondence and communication
  • Regenesys public relations – driving and providing face to face contact with clients
  • Overseeing all sales, administrative and registrar functions including registrations,database currency and accuracy, availability and distribution of study material, facilitator presence, evaluation forms, portal management, student queries, graduations, assessment activities, examinations, student drop outs, throughput, inactive students, and general administrative requirements etc.
  • Scheduling of facilitators in conjunction with the Dean and CEO
  • Overseeing student support activities (e.g. additional workshops, Summer and Winterschool, Videos and live streaming etc.)
  • Reviewing systems and processes for improving student experience and support

 

  • Overseeing accurate and current student administration records
  • Overseeing and improving student and client annuity business
  • Driving a customer centric culture and the Regenesys experience.
  • Overseeing the allocation of facilitators, tutors, markers and moderators as requiredcoupled with academic integrity
  • Achieving the agreed to sales targets
  • Ensure financial viability of the programmes
  • Regularly review and effectively manage risks
  • Manage dashboard and data analytics
  • Analyse and interpret student feedback survey reports and take corrective action
  • Oversee global assessment systems and practices
  • Facilitate at a senior level for MBA classes and at corporate clientsQualifications and experience
    • An MBA / appropriate Masters / Doctoral degree
    • At least 10 years management experience demonstrating the ability to lead andmanage an academic department
