The digital revolution is having an unprecedented impact on the future of work, people and learning. Developments in robotics, social digital media, driverless vehicles, artificial intelligence, drones, machine learning, and virtual reality, are changing the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the future workforce. HR professionals in the mining industry have to find new ways to manage talent – attract, develop, reward and retain, and to inspire passion, innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and excellence. In order to succeed in this rapidly changing new world, we have to embrace the change, continuously learn and stay ahead of the game.

The forum will address and help you understand the future role of HR in the mining industry and the challenges faced in a new digital age. By attending this forum you will learn all you need to know about HR in the mining industry and the role it will play in reshaping the sector and a new approach that will be required by management.
