Team effectiveness is at the heart of any successful and productive organisation. The ability to be a productive team member is a cardinal skill, as it requires an understanding of organisational social inter-dynamics and various personal and professional abilities. The course will therefore be focussed on practical application of team effectiveness through action learning. We also analyse and examine team empowerment by evaluating individual team member needs, processes to implement to enhance empowerment and methods to manage an empowered team.
