Talent Management

Participants will study the application of people development processes and talent management in a business unit. The course allows participants to assess the development needs of a business unit and apply the process of developing, managing, monitoring and evaluating a development plan.

Exit Level Outcomes

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:

Determine the skills gaps of a business unit

Analyse the training needs of a business unit using relevant documentation

Incorporate the input from relevant stakeholders to determine employee and organisational development needs

Analyse the talent management strategy of an organisation

Link training needs analysis to the talent management strategy of an organisation

Compile a people development plan for a business unit

Manage the implementation of a people development plan

Review the people development plan against the talent management strategy of an organisation

Certification

This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:

A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or

A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
