In this course participants will analyse, develop, assess, implement, control and review sourcing strategies. They will study the public sector procurement processes and apply the activities requested in the procedures in a simulated environment.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Understand strategic sourcing within the procurement environment, supply chain management and organisational objectives;
Conduct a landscape assessment;
Conduct a cost and benefit analysis;
Present a business case to assist
Identify and mobilise a cross-functional teams for strategic sourcing
This course is accredited by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A PSETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete some, but not all, of the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
