The aim of the course is to guide you through the process of identifying key stakeholders, compiling a stakeholder relationship management plan, and seeing that the plan is implemented.
Our course focuses specifically on managing the impact of people on the successful execution of a project. It explores critical issues of managing people and power struggles amongst various stakeholders who may affect the project and vice versa. Such stakeholders may include the local community, government departments, businesses, NGO’s, religious and traditional leaders and other power brokers.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Define terms such as stakeholder and stakeholder management;
Identify the key aspects that should be followed to ensure effective stakeholder management;
Compile a stakeholder management plan;
Explain how such a stakeholder management plan may be implemented to ensure effective stakeholder participation;
Give an indication of how to go about ensuring the successful involvement of stakeholders in a project; and
Explain how you will evaluate a stakeholder management plan to determine its successful implementation
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
