This programme will be useful to people who are involved in the development, implementation, evaluation and review of training and development interventions for organisations. The Unit Standards will be especially useful to aspiring skills development facilitators, training managers and human resource development practitioners. The focus of the programme is to analyse, design, implement, evaluate and review skills development interventions and administration within an organisation according to the Skills Development Act and relevant Accreditation bodies’ policies and procedures.

This programme is accredited by the Education, Training and Development Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA).
On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
An ETDP SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete some, but not all, of the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
