The purpose of this course is to introduce participants to risk management processes and procedures. The course allows participants to practice risk management implementation strategies in a simulated business environment through case study implementation and practical, interactive activities.

Assess the impact of potential risks to a business unit
Develop risk contingency plans
Test and review risk contingency plans
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
