This course intends to improve the operational efficiency in your organisation. In addition, core principles and stages that guide innovative process design will explored. The impact of the management of operational processes will also be examined.

Select, manage and use techniques to improve operations
Identify, assess, and mitigate the effects of operational risks
Discuss how social responsibility and ethical considerations impact on operational decisions
