One-on-one job coaching

This skills course focuses on implementing one-on-one coaching for individuals within an organisation. Participants are introduced to the processes and procedures for workplace coaching by planning, implementing, monitoring and measuring coaching sessions according to workplace policies.

Exit Level Outcomes

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:

Identify a coaching need within an organisation;

Plan the coaching process for an individual

Implement a planned coaching process

Monitor and measure the results of a coaching session


This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:

A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or

A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
