Negotiation and Conflict Management

The aim of this course is to introduce participants to different types of negotiation and conflict management techniques to resolve conflict within an organisation. Negotiation is the process by which we pursue the terms for getting what we want from people who want something from us. It is a process for resolving conflict between two or more parties where both parties want to exit the conflict as equal partners.

Evaluate negotiations.

Certification

This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:

A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or

A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
