National Certificate Human Resource Management & Practices Support

Organisations need employees who are able to support human resources management processes and practices. This programme will enable learners who are fulfilling some of the support roles in human resources management and practices without formal qualifications to obtain recognition for their competence.

Programme structure

Human Resource Management & Practices Support programme, NQF level 4 (142 credits), is a 12-month skills qualification, which provides the knowledge and skills for learners who are fulfilling some of the support roles in human resources management and practices without formal qualifications. The qualification consists of five modules and a Final Integrated Summative Assessment.

Perform administrative duties related to human resources management and practices.

Support the implementation of procedures and systems related to human resources management and practices

Provide advice on or refer to appropriate person in response to queries on organisation procedures related to human resources management and practices.

Demonstrate basic understanding of people dynamics and impact in the workplace.

Demonstrate basic understanding of the functioning of business and the role and contribution of individuals within organisations. Identify strengths and areas for improvement in own learning through self-reflection and reflection on support for organisational human resources management and practices.

Certification

This programme is accredited by the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).

On completion, the following certification will be awarded:


A SABPP National Certificate: Human Resource Management and Practices Support (NQF level 4) will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete all portfolio requirements; or

A SABPP Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete some, but not all, of the modules’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the modules successfully completed; or

A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
