This course is designed to understand and practice the concepts of innovation and creativity. Participants analyse how creative thinking skills could be used to generate new ideas and techniques are practiced to set creativity in motion.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Define innovation, creativity, skills, aptitudes, personality and values;
Demonstrate analytical and creative thinking skills and idea generating techniques;
Demonstrate idea generation techniques; and
Identify and apply types, principles and practices of innovation.
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
