This course allows participants to explain core ethical values and standard applicable to the Public Sector. Application is required through critical evaluation of professional ethics and codes of conduct.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Identify and explain core public sector ethical values using workplace examples
Explain the reason for ethical standard in the public sector
Examine legislation and relevant codes that outline ethical values and standards
Describe areas of ethical conflict for public sector employees
Discuss the relevance of professional ethics and codes of conduct in the public sector context.
This programme is accredited by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA).
On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A PSETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete the unit standards’ portfolio requirements; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
