Participants will gain insights into the benefits, critical factors and processes required to successfully manage diversity within the workplace. The critical issues of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, culture, disability, age, sexual orientation, education and economic diversity are analysed. Ways of maximising organisational performance and developing a culture of mutual respect and trust by proactively managing diversity are explored.

Integrate diversity management into organisational strategy.
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
