The broad aim of this skills course is to identify and resolve conflict between persons or parties in the workplace. The course assists participants to interpret and manage conflict in the workplace with the focus of resolving issues and promote health workplace relationships.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Understand and discuss conflict management principles and terminologies
Identify and describe the main sources of conflict in the workplace
Analyse different conflict management techniques
Identify and explain different conflict resolution strategies
Develop skills to manage conflict in the workplace
This course is accredited by Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A PSETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete the unit standards’ portfolio requirements; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
