This course provides an overview of all the major aspects of change management. It summarises key theories and approaches to change management and includes detailed descriptions of techniques that may be used in a change management process and programmes.

Evaluate the impact of implementing change management process
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
