The aim of this course is to provide participants with guidelines to improve communication by enhancing business presentation skills. The course focuses on ways in which to verbally present information within a business environment. Verbal and non-verbal communication techniques that can be used to improve effective communication also form part of the course content. The course concludes with a section on how to become a good listener and effective ways in which hostility and questions can be handled during a business presentation.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:

Present a business presentation to a selected audience.
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
