In this course, participants are introduced to the principles of business ethics and corporate governance. The course allows for the critical evaluation of current practices against best practices in order to make recommendations to promote organisational values.

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Understand the relationship between values, ethics and organisational culture
Examine the impact of values and ethics on achieving organisational goals and objectives
Apply the concepts of corporate ethics to a business unit
Analyse a business unit in relation to corporate ethics
Discuss best practices to be adopted by a business unit
Formulate recommendations for promoting organisational values
Develop a plan for implementing best practices
This course is accredited by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (Services SETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A Services SETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully the unit standards’ portfolio requirements. The Statement of Results will only reflect the unit standards successfully completed; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
