Project quality and human resource management
Project communication and risk management

Upon completing this course, you should be able to:
Analyse the project management cycle in the public sector environent.
Describe the leadership skills needed to manage project successfully
Develop a project scope document for a project in the public sector.
Describe project integration management in public sector project applications.
Analyse the effects of public law and administrative law of public sector project scope management.
Determine the impact of project time and cost management in preparation of developing a project budget.
Develop a project schedule.
Develop a project budget.
Evaluate and apply public service legislation and regulations on project quality and human resource management.
Develop a project communication strategy.
Analyse project risk and develop contingency plans.
Analyse project supply management related to a specific public sector project.
This course is accredited by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A PSETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete the unit standards’ portfolio requirements; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
