This course will enable the participants to develop an understanding of the key elements of human resource management in the public and non-government sector and the capacity to critically apply theories to practical situations.

Identify relevant performance management models
Know the relevance of performance management in the public sector

Conduct performance appraisals and reviews
Understand the critical success factors in introducing a performance management system for public and development sector organisations
This course is accredited by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA). On completion, the following certification will be awarded:
A PSETA Statement of Results will be awarded to all delegates who successfully complete the unit standards’ portfolio requirements; or
A Regenesys Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all delegates who attended all training sessions, but who do not complete any portfolio requirements successfully.
