Dr Penny Law co-founded Regenesys with Dr Marko Saravanja in 1999 and is the current Dean. Prior to this, Penny worked at the University of Witwatersrand as a lecturer and programme manager, and was the Residence Tutorial Scheme Coordinator at the University of Cape Town.

William Vivian joined Dr Marko Saravanja and Dr Penny Law at Regenesys in 1999 and has been a Director and Shareholder since 2001. In 1996, William worked at Wits University as a researcher and from 1997 – 2000; he worked as a Director in Government.

Mr Brad Bell is the Programme Head at Regenesys South Africa and is responsible for Academic programme development and accreditation, admissions, academic delivery, academic operations, material development and research and publications.

Dr Richa Arora is the CEO and Country Head for Regenesys India. She has a PhD in Marketing, M.Phil. (Marketing), M.Sc. (Environmental), an MBA, an UGC- NET and JRF and a B.E (Environmental). As a Professor of Marketing, Richa has more than 15 years of academic, research, institutional and administration expertise.
Dr Marko Saravanja is an entrepreneur academic and was a development worker and a monk. He obtained his PhD in Performance Management. Marko was finalist of Ernst Young World Entrepreneurship Awards in 2009. He serves on Advisory Board of First National Bank in South Africa.
Dr Linda Snyman-de Wit is a facilitator at Regenesys South Africa. She has a D.Litt, an M.A. and two BAs.
Prior to Regenesys, she worked as a teacher and later as a lecturer for Wits University, UNISA, the Independent Institute of Education and Midrand Graduate Institute.
Dr Surbhi Jain is a facilitator at Regenesys India. She has a PhD and an MBA. Her work includes facilitation, supervision of dissertations, e-tutoring and other general academic functions. She manages the academic team in India and provides support in training and recruitment.
Ms Julie Stacey is a facilitator at Regenesys South Africa. She is currently pursuing her PhD and has a B.Sc. (Hons). She promotes values-based complex decision-making for sustainable outcomes, strategy, scenario facilitation and coaching for sustainable wellbeing and leadership.
Mr Devin Shutte is the CEO of MyWealth Investments, the trading firm for Regenesys Business School and is a facilitator for Regenesys South Africa. He is an experienced financial market participant, with more than 8 years experience as a professional portfolio manager and trader.
